The project will integrate smart factories, smart production, and smart logistics to become a data-driven, intelligently controlled industrial 4.0 factory. The products include more than 200 varieties of three series, including solid welding wire, flux-cored welding wire and welding rod. On the basis of conventional applications, the products are developed into special welding materials such as high-strength steel, heat-resistant steel, stainless steel and non-ferrous metals. The products are widely used in high-end industries such as steel structure industry, shipbuilding industry, pressure vessels, oil pipelines, rail transportation, marine engineering, nuclear power, etc. The project will build a national laboratory, keep a close eye on the first-class, aim at the domestic and international markets, and build a high-quality, high-level welding material production base that serves the industry.
